About the Boardwalk
Modern apartment in the coastal village of Downderry in Cornwall, 15 miles from Plymouth and close to Looe and Polperro. The Eden Project is 45 minutes away by car.

Facilities
Sleeps two plus a baby - double bedroom with kingsize bed, single bedroom with space for your own cot. We can also supply an inflatable mattress, suitable for a child under 10
We supply all bed-linen and towels (except beach towels and bedding for your own cot or inflatable mattress).
Big flat screen television, free wifi broadband, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, PlayStation 3 with a selection of games and an ipod music system (also compatible with other MP3 players or portable CD/tape players) so you can bring your own music.
The kitchen has oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and washer-drier, as well as all the equipment you will need if you choose to stay in and cook.
The second bedroom is used as a study/utility area. There is a small desk suitable for a laptop, and we provide a printer should you need to do any printing while on holiday (there is an honesty box for the printing costs). There are local maps and guidebooks as well as a selection of novels.Outside is a large decking area for you to enjoy the sun, with tables and chairs. There is also a barbeque for al fresco dining.
Parking
Allocated space directly outside the Boardwalk with level access across the decking to the apartment.
Dogs
Bring your dogs - there's plenty for them to do. All we ask is that they are kept off the furniture and not allowed to cause any damage.
Rates

Smoking
No smoking inside please, but there are ashtrays for use outside only.
