Book the Boardwalk

To make a booking at the Boardwalk, first check that the period you want to book is available on the Availability page.

Next, email us or phone us to reserve your holiday. We will hold your reservation for 7 days to allow you to complete and return the booking form (pdf) and send the deposit. The deposit is 25% of the total holiday cost. If we have not received your completed form and deposit after 7 days, we will re-advertise the property as available (although we will try and contact you first, before re-advertising).

The balance is payable 6 weeks before the start of the holiday. We will not normally send a reminder. If your booking is within 6 weeks of the start of the holiday, please send the full payment for the complete holiday with your booking form.

Payments

Payment must be in GB Pound Sterling and cheques must be drawn on a UK bank or building society. If you would like to pay by credit card, we can arrange this via PayPal, so please ask about this.

Cancellation

You can cancel your holiday up to 6 weeks before the start, and we will return your deposit. If you need to cancel after this time, full payment will still be due. We will try our best to re-let the Boardwalk and if successful we will refund your payments (minus any costs incurred in re-letting).
